We offer catering services for your next family gathering or special event. Our menu features traditional Hispanic dishes that will elevate your dining experience and impress both you and your guests. Let us handle the food, so you can focus on making memories with your loved ones.

Catering Menu

Classic Taco Buffet

$1000 for 50 guests

MEATS: Asada, El Pastor, and Chicken; grilled on-site.


SPECIALIZED TOUCH: Small taco bar corn tortillas dipped in red meat
renderings, quesadillas with melted jack cheese.


SIDES: salsa bar, aguas frescas (Jamaica / Horchata), freshly made chips.


OTHER ADD-ON ITEMS: $250 homemade corn tortillas / $150 sliced seasonal
fruit bar / $50 Mexican style rice / $50 La Fonda Backed Beans.

La Fonda Platters

$500 for every 25 guests

FRESH CARNITAS: slow cooked pork, homemade corn tortillas, fresh chopped
cilantro onion mix, pickled onions, a squeeze of lemon garnish. This, Mexican
style Rice and our La Fonda Baked Beans.


BIRRIA DE RES: Slow marinated beef; served over a bed of Mexican style rice
and La Fonda Baked Beans. This, topped with chopped onions, cilantro, lime
slices and homemade tortillas, Mexican style Rice and our La Fonda Baked
Beans.


CEVICHE PLATE: chopped cucumbers, fish marinated in our in-house
vinaigrette with lemon, chopped avocado, chips, and house spicy dressing.
Served with fresh house-made tortilla chips.


AGUA CHILE DE TAMARINDO: shrimp marinated in lemon, special Tamarindo
house dressing, cucumber, and onion toping, with a side of chips. Served with
fresh house-made tortilla chips.


TORTILLA SOUP: blended vine ripe charbroiled tomatoes, charbroiled onion /
garlic / chicken broth bullion, topped with a hint of jalapeno, chopped cilantro,
and tortilla chips.


RED MENUDO: with or without hominy, beef broth with Chile guajillo, oregano,
and a side of chopped onion, julienne cabbage, sliced radish, and sliced lemons.
Homemade tortillas. Meat is a beer stomach lining.


GREEN POZOLE: with or without hominy, beef broth with green tomatillo,
oregano, and a side of chopped onion, julienne cabbage, sliced radish, and sliced
lemons. Homemade tortillas. Meat is shredded chicken.

Plated Specialties

$16 per plate

TRI-TIP TORTAS: white bread roll, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, Tri-Tip, and a
side of blended Jalapenos


THREE TACOS (a la carta): handmade tortillas, with choice of (steak / chicken /
El Pastor / or carnitas), chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro with a side of La
Fonda Secret house Salsa.


NEW-MEXICO BURRITO: flour tortilla, La Fonda Baked Beans, Mexican style
rice, sour cream, Pico de Gallo salsa, rolled with choice of (steak / chicken / El
Pastor / or carnitas).


HOUSE SALAD: Mixed greens, shredded Mexican Blend cheese, creamy cilantro
dressing, and julienned fried tortilla chips. This, topped with grilled chicken
breast.


NACHOS: ground beef served in a bed of house-made tortilla chips, melted
cheese, and La Fonda Backed Beans.


COLD WRAPS: Sliced turkey cold-cuts, rolled over a flower tortilla, white cheese,
spinach, and special spread.


PASTA: grilled chicken served over a bed of fettuccine pasta and smothered over
alfredo sauce. This, served with bread rolls.


CHILE RELLENO: Grilled Chile pepper stuffed with mozzarella cheese,
smothered in In-House La Finda sauce, rice, and a side of handmade tortillas.
Served with a side of Mexican style rice and La Fonda baked Beans.

La Fonda Creations

Prices vary by item

TAMALES ($30 per-dozen): steamed tamal of your choice


A) Arina con Birria: (flower tamal stuffed with marinated shredded beef)


B) Corn made tamal: smothered in Salsa La Gloria or La Fonda secrete house
salsa. Served with a side of rice and La Fonda charro beans. Choice of
grilled chile poblano with melted cheese, chicken, or pork.


C) Corn made tamal steamed in banana leaves: smothered in Salsa La Gloria
or La Fonda secrete house salsa. Served with a side of rice and La Fonda
charro beans.

POSTRES:


SWEET MEXICAN BREAD ($7 per-person): concha cupcakes, served with
champurrado, hot chocolate, or café de la holla.


SWEET CORN BREAD ($5 per-person): Corn bread smothered in sweet fresh
ground corn. This, glazed with a vanilla honey drizzle.


CHOCO-FLAN ($5 per-person): homemade chocolate cake, baked with a topcoat
of traditional flan (Mexican custard).


DRINKS ($3 per-person):

  • Coffee de la Olla

  • Pete’s Coffee

  • Decaf coffee

  • Orange Juice

  • Hot Chocolate or Champurrado (seasonal)

  • Mexican soda: coke, diet coke, fanta, jarritos of choice, 7-up
